Md Ibrahim Khalilullah (born 1991, Noakhali, Bangladesh) is a Dhaka-based investigative journalist and documentary filmmaker specializing in environmental crises, climate change, human rights, and migration. He served as a senior reporter at Jamuna TV for over a decade. His short documentary Taken by the River (2024), produced through the CNN Academy, examined climate-induced displacement in Bangladesh and won the 2025 Covering Climate Now Journalism Award in the Displacement and Migration category, as well as Best Documentary (International) at the Varsity Film Expo 2024. Khalilullah holds fellowships from the Internews Earth Journalism Network, the Global Investigative Journalism Network, and WaterAid. He is an honorary member of Investigative Reporters and Editors and a member of the Oxford Climate Journalism Network at the Reuters Institute, University of Oxford. He received a Rockefeller Foundation grant for climate storytelling through the CNN Academy in 2023 and spoke at COP29 in Baku in 2024 on food security and climate justice.
